TICKET INFORMATION

To ensure we meet and maintain all covid rules and requirements, our event will be entirely ticketed. ALL attendees must purchase a ticket and will be assigned a seat. 

All competitiors must also register for a ticket (FREE) if they are planning to stay and watch before/after they compete.

Seating areas will be setup in club groups, so that we can have club members sitting together as much as possible. Although tickets will be available for sale on the day, if we have previously hit our capacity, unfortunately some people may be turned away on the day. If numbers allow we will NOT be required to enforce the sessions - however, if demand is there it is incredible important to us that we make sure everyone can watch their family, friends and support their club. Therefore, if restrictions require it we will enforce the session timetable, which will involve everyone clearing out and being re-assigned seats for each session. There is space to indicate which session/s you require when you purchase your ticket.

Online ticket sales will close either once full, or 48hrs prior to the event so we can organize seating.

Other Info

Parking: 
there is abundant street parking (Free) in the area, as well as two (fairly small) carparks. 
Venue:​​ St Joseph's Catholic Primary School, Bardon. We will have plenty of signage up on the day, however, please note that the hall is actually most easily accessed via the Cecil Road Entry.
Photographer: yes, we will have a photographer taking action shots on the day. These will be available for purchase after the event.
Merchandise: we have an AWESOME range of physie merch that will be available for purchase on the day too.
Raffle Prizes:​ we also have some AMAZING raffle prizes, which will be available. Tickets can be pre-ordered online or on the day.
Canteen: we will have a full canteen and coffee van available both days. We are taking VERY strict precautions to ensure everyones safety. Our canteen will have a range of both hot and cold food available, as well as a huge selection of drinks etc.
Bathrooms: there are plenty of available bathrooms.
Masks: ALL spectators are required to wear masks, and competitors (at this stage) who are over the age of 12 will also have to wear masks throughout the day. We are still awaiting directive to confirm if masks do/don't need to be worn while competing.

Cleaning & Covid Restrictions: we have very strict cleaning procedures in place, including touch points, seat sanitising (between sessions/days), checkin, mask requirements, sanitising etc. We will also have a number of covid marshals monitoring the event to ensure that all social distancing, seat assignments and rules are being maintained. 
Payment: we will have both cash and eftpos facilities on the day.
